Teri Woo

Teri Woo has extensive work experience in the field of nursing and academia. Teri is currently a Professor and Director of Nursing at Saint Martin's University, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, Teri worked as a Pediatric ARNP at Woodcreek Mary Bridge Healthcare from 2015. From 2012 to 2018, they held various roles at Pacific Lutheran University, including Professor, Associate Dean for Graduate Nursing Programs, and Associate Dean. Teri also worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Kaiser Permanente from 1999 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they were an Associate Professor at the University of Portland from 2000 to 2012 and an Assistant Professor at OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University from 1997 to 1999.

Teri Woo completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University in 1984. Teri then pursued a Masters of Science in Childrearing Family Nursing from the same university between 1987 and 1989. Later, in 1992-1993, Teri received a Post-Masters Certificate in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the Oregon Health & Science University. Teri'seducational journey culminated with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing Science from the University of Colorado Denver in the years 2003-2008.
