Christina Augustine

Christina Augustine is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, customer success, and strategic consulting. At Bloomreach, Christina served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer, focusing on enhancing e-commerce growth through AI-driven tools and improved user experiences. Christina also led the development of mobile and site search products. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Bain & Company, where actionable recommendations were delivered across various industries. Christina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Mathematics from Saint Mary's College, where Christina is currently a member of the Board of Trustees. Additionally, Christina served on the Advisory Board of CSM Practice from August 2020 to June 2024.
