Redgina Hill

Redgina Hill, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President for Inclusion & Equity at Saint Mary's College, responsible for leading strategies and initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice across the campus. Additionally, Redgina Hill is the CEO and Founder of Redgina Hill Consulting, LLC, which focuses on fostering diversity and inclusion within organizations. Previously, Redgina Hill held the position of Founding Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Bethel College, where leadership in diversity initiatives was pivotal in enhancing the institution's mission. An accomplished academic, Redgina Hill earned a PhD in Higher Education Administration from Azusa Pacific University, an MBA specializing in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a BA from Indiana University Bloomington.
