Melissa Garcia is a trustee at SAINT MARYS HALL INC. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Melissa started their career at Roche as a paralegal specialist in December 1997. Melissa worked on various paralegal assignments from product liability and litigation attorneys, including drug safety inquiries and claims, background and discovery collection process, and entering and updating case/claim information into CaseTrack. In their role at Roche, Melissa also maintained, administered, and kept records for computer-based training programs for the Compliance Program. Additionally, they filed controlled substance documentation and licenses to ensure DEA compliance. Melissa also designed, created, and maintained departmental and corporate compliance websites. In their role at Roche, Melissa liaised with IT Department on issues related to help desk, software, training, and implementation of new global programs. Melissa also assisted with testing, implementation, and rollout of new contract management system for legal department.
