Paula Garczynski

Paula Garczynski has over 28 years of work experience. Paula started their career in 1992 as an Office Manager at Adecco Employment Services, where they worked until 2001. In 2001, they joined Seaway Mfg as a Director of Human Resources and held that position until 2019. Since 2020, Paula has been serving as the Director of Human Resources at Saint Mary's Home of Erie. In this role, they are responsible for managing and leading the Human Resource Department, overseeing various HR programs and policies, and collaborating with senior leadership to align with the organization's mission and goals.

Paula Garczynski attended Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus from 1987 to 1992. During their time there, they studied Business, Liberal Arts And Sciences with a focus on Human Resource Management and Psychology modules. In addition to their formal education, Paula obtained a certification called "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in November 2021.
