Bob Rickards

Bob Rickards is the Director of Stewardship and Information Services at St. Norbert College, where responsibilities include managing and reconciling $10-15 million in annual charitable contributions and overseeing a database of over 95,000 donors. Bob has also served as Head Women's Soccer Coach for the college since 2019. Previously, Bob was the Varsity Soccer Coach at Notre Dame Academy from 2005 to 2019, achieving an impressive coaching record and receiving numerous accolades, including multiple Coach of the Year honors. Early career experience includes roles as Data Entry/Scanning Supervisor at Information Management Corporation and Assistant Athletic Director for the City of Charleston Department of Recreation. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Theater from the College of Charleston.
