Mary Kate Naatus

Mary Kate Naatus is currently the KPMG Dean of the Frank J. Guarini School of Business at Saint Peter's University. Mary has also served as the Program Director, School of Management, Undergraduate Program at NJIT, where they were responsible for recruitment and marketing, student advising and retention, transfer credit evaluation, student learning outcomes assessment, AACSB accreditation process, student engagement, events and programming, adjunct professor, EOP summer program, and enrollment management committee. Prior to that, Naatus worked as an ESL & Civics Instructor at La Casa de Don Pedro, where they taught ESL and civics courses to adult students and helped prepare them for the U.S. citizenship test and interview. Mary has also worked as a Community Development Specialist in El Salvador for the U.S. Peace Corps and as an Executive Assistant at Unilever. In addition, they have provided educational and translating services for HR Plus, Inc. and has been a reporter and layout editor for The Pennington Post.

Mary Kate Naatus reports to Frederick Bonato, Provost & VP, Academic Affairs. They work with and Wei-Dong Zhu - Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
