The Leadership Team at Saint Therese is responsible for steering the organization's strategic direction and ensuring alignment with its core mission of providing exceptional senior living services. Comprising key executives such as the CEO, COO, and various vice presidents, the team focuses on overseeing operations, human resources, philanthropy, clinical services, and sales. They collaboratively work to enhance the quality of care, expand community engagement, and uphold the nonprofit’s values and standards across all five Twin Cities locations.
