John Whitlock, Jr.

John Whitlock, Jr. is the current Chief Financial Officer at Saint Vincent Hospital. Prior to their current position, Whitlock served as the Chief Financial Officer of Central Maine Healthcare from June 2019 to June 2021, the Vice President of Finance for Central Maine Healthcare from June 2018 to June 2019, the Vice President, Finance & Accounting for National Church Residences from October 2014 to June 2018, the Director of Financial Planning for Mount Carmel Health System from March 2011 to October 2014, and the Director of Financial Planning for Adena Health System from January 2009 to December 2011. Whitlock began their career in finance as a Financal Analyst for Cummins Filtration from January 1999 to December 2001, before being promoted to Manager of Corporate Finance for Community Health Systems from January 1995 to December 1999. In 2001, Whitlock transitioned to Evolved Digital Solutions where they served as Vice President, Controller from January 2001 to December 2004. John then joined Vanderbilt University in 2005 as Senior Accounting Manager before moving on to LHC Group in 2007 where they served as VP, Finance from January 2007 to December 2009.

John Whitlock, Jr. has a BBA from Emory University in Finance and Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from Louisiana State University. John also attended Saint Paul's School.
