Camila F. Márquez

Camila F. Márquez is an experienced educator and facilitator specializing in multicultural training and development, currently serving as the Director of Multicultural Training & Development and HSI Initiatives at Saint Xavier University. With a robust background in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, Camila has held various roles, including Co-Founder of Kneading Change and Community Facilitator at Unicorn Authors Club, where support is provided to BIPOC authors. As a former English Language Arts Teacher at Tierra Encantada Charter School, Camila emphasized social justice in education and creative writing. Additional experiences include hosting and producing The Catalyze Podcast, onboarding staff at DoorDash, and coordinating programs at Big Brothers Big Sisters. Camila holds a Master’s Degree from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University, combining academic expertise with a passion for social impact.
