Hossein Amoozegar

Hossein Amoozegar is a highly experienced civil structural engineer with expertise in managing and designing large construction projects, specifically in the fields of onshore and offshore engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Structural Engineer at Saipem since August 2022, Hossein focuses on advanced structural modeling and analysis, including the design of concrete storage tanks and assessment of blast effects. Prior experience includes roles at BakerRisk, Saipem, Total, and various educational institutions, where Hossein has contributed to projects involving nonlinear dynamic analysis, renewable energy infrastructure, and vulnerability assessments of historical structures. Hossein holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Infrastructures from Université Grenoble Alpes and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kerman, complemented by additional professional training in engineering and trades.
