Clément Duval

Clément Duval is an experienced professional in the fields of production and maintenance management, currently serving as Responsable Maintenance and Responsable Production at Saipol (Avril) since November 2018. With a strong background in process engineering, Clément has effectively managed production activities on a Seveso site, overseeing a team of sixty collaborators while driving performance improvements and cost optimization projects using Lean methodologies. Previously, Clément held various engineering roles at Lesieur, where responsibilities included managing performance indicators, implementing an ERP system, and ensuring safety compliance during site transitions. Clément also worked at Cargill as an Ingénieur Amélioration Continue, leading Lean projects and enhancing workflows. Educational qualifications include an Ingénieur Génie Biologique degree from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and additional studies in food engineering and biology.
