Yann Mayer

Yann Mayer is an experienced industrial manager currently serving as the Industrial Site Director at Saipol - groupe Avril since March 2021. Prior to this role, Yann held the position of Site Director at EURENCO from January 2019 to July 2020. Yann's extensive background at Solvay from January 2009 to January 2019 included roles as Plant Manager and operations manager, overseeing various production units, managing teams of up to 80 personnel, ensuring safety and compliance with manufacturing standards, and leading significant projects such as the establishment of a rare earth recovery workshop. Yann holds an Executive MBA from KEDGE Business School and a Master’s degree in Refining, Engineering, and Gas from IFP-School.
