Justin Bouchard is the Managing Attorney at Steel & Strategy LLC, where they provide fractional legal support. Previously, as the Head of Legal at Calendly, Justin built a robust legal function that supported the company's exponential growth, implementing critical programs and managing significant funding rounds. They also served as General Counsel for TrueNorthIQ, Inc., leading corporate compliance and international growth initiatives. Justin holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a BS in Business Administration from Georgia Tech. Currently, they are also the Chief Legal Officer at Saivvi.
