Daleik V. has over 18 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry. Daleik began their career in 2002 as a Specialty Sales Representative at Eisai US. In 2005, they joined Strather & Associates Realty Inc as a Real Estate Asset Manager, where they managed 200 unit multi-family apartment and single family residential properties. In 2009, they became a Senior Asset Manager at Consolidated Analytics (formerly known as Carrington Property Services), where they managed 150+ bank owned residential properties. From 2012 to 2021, they were a Community Association Property Manager at Castle Group, where they managed multiple COAs and HOAs. In 2021, they founded Saivy\u2122. In 2022, they became an Adjunct Professor at the Huizenga College of Business at Nova Southeastern University, teaching several key aspects of the property management and real estate industries.

Daleik V. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General from Tuskegee University between 1998 and 2002. Daleik then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida International University between 2012 and 2013. Additionally, Daleik V. has obtained various certifications, such as Notary Public from the State of Florida in March 2017, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA\u00ae) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in December 2016, Certified Manager of Community Associations from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in November 2016, and various Duolingo Spanish Fluency certifications in January 2016.
