Barbara de Laere

Barbara De Laere currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Saje Natural Wellness, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Barbara held various senior leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Global Brand President of AVEDA, where key accomplishments included launching innovative hair care products, expanding international markets, and advancing sustainability efforts. Prior to Estée Lauder, Barbara spent 17 years at L'Oréal, overseeing significant roles such as Senior Vice President & General Manager for the Asia Pacific Professional Products Division and contributing to brand growth and market strategy across multiple regions. Barbara holds a Doctorate in Business Management with a major in Marketing Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
