Catherine Lavallee

Catherine LaVallee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and wellness sectors. As the Regional Manager for Eastern Canada at Saje Natural Wellness since August 2016, Catherine leads a team of retail District Managers to ensure high standards of customer service and business success across multiple locations. Previous roles at Saje included Senior District Manager and District Manager, where Catherine focused on talent development, sales driving, and operational management. Catherine's background also includes significant leadership experience in the yoga industry, having served as a Multi-Centre Manager for YYoga and as a Yoga Teacher, where a strong emphasis on customer experience and team building was paramount. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brock University and has pursued ongoing education in wellness and fitness, including yoga and fitness certifications.
