Karen Lien

Karen Lien is an experienced professional in product development and project management with a strong background in the cosmetics and wellness industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Specialist at Saje Natural Wellness, Karen oversees the development and execution of new product development projects. Previously, Karen held key roles at L'Oréal, including Product Development Team Manager for the Korea Innovation Center, where leadership and team growth were prioritized. Additionally, Karen has extensive experience from positions at CHANEL, HCP Global Cosmetics Packaging, Aspire Brands, and Markwins International, focusing on packaging development, project management, and product launches. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from National Cheng Kung University and is currently pursuing a degree in Technical Apparel Design at The Wilson School of Design at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
