Phil Higdon

Phil Higdon is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership and communication roles within the wellness and retail sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Saje Natural Wellness since May 2016, Phil has also held positions including Vice President of People, Director of Learning & Communications, Director of Internal Communications, and Internal Communications Manager at the company. Prior to Saje, Phil worked at DAVIDsTEA from October 2010 to April 2016, where responsibilities included Customer Engagement Manager and Project Manager, focusing on retail field expansion in Canada and the US. Phil holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and Communications Management from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Dalhousie University.
