Kirti Patil is an experienced sports journalist with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Sakaal Media Group since March 2008, Kirti covers major sports events, including the Olympics and Formula One championship, while managing daily editorial duties. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Correspondent at The Hindu from March 2001 to March 2008, where Kirti reported on a wide range of sports across northern India and contributed to Sportstar and The Hindu newspaper. Earlier experience as a Sports Reporter for The Press Trust of India Employees' Union from September 1996 to March 2001 involved covering significant events such as the Kuala Lumpur Commonwealth Games and the Sydney Olympics.
