Yahya Öner

Yahya Al-Hadhrami is currently a Senior ICS/OT Cybersecurity Researcher at AIT Austrian Institute of Technology since January 2024 and serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences from April 2021 to the present. Prior experience includes a role as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Technology Sydney from August 2021 to January 2024, and a position as a Lecturer at the Ministry of Higher Education from October 2012 to March 2016. Yahya also worked as IT Technical Support at Middle East College in June 2011. Yahya holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in IoT and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Technology Sydney, awarded between 2016 and April 2021, and a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Network from the University of Essex completed in 2012.
