Mauricio Olaya, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Financial Services at Saki Saki since November 2021, where responsibilities include developing and reporting on the organization's operating plan and budget. As a co-founder of BNET Global, working since July 2019, Mauricio directs operations and policies to enhance productivity in ISP and IoT services. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at WFI Group, where a focus on water and wastewater treatment challenges was central, and CEO/Operations Manager at emovis, overseeing complex IT infrastructure. Experience also includes serving as Vice President and Planning Director at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct & Sewer Authority, managing operations, budgets, and strategic planning. Additionally, Mauricio held the role of Project Manager at CSA Group and began a career as an Enforcement Officer at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Mauricio holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
