Daniel Park

Daniel Park serves as the Associate Vice President, People Business Partner at Saks, leading the people business partner team for the Technology Organization since 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior HR Business Partner at Snap Inc., overseeing global HR functions for Engineering and Product teams, and Senior Manager, People for Modcloth at Walmart eCommerce, where Daniel managed M&A projects for employee integration into Walmart systems. Daniel began the HR career at CBS Corporation as an HR Assistant, subsequently progressing to an HR Generalist at NBCUniversal Media, where contributions included supporting change management during Comcast's acquisition. Daniel's foundational HR experience was built at ZipRecruiter, playing a vital role in scaling the company from under 300 to over 1,000 employees.
