Catherine Saks has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. In 2010, they worked as a model for 2pm Model Management. In 2011, they started their own brand and worked as a designer and owner for Cathrine Saks until 2014. In the same year, they co-founded Saks Potts, a Copenhagen-based womenswear brand known for its unique aesthetics and inspiration from youth culture and contemporary art. Catherine also worked as a sales assistant for Leah Maria from 2013 to 2014. Overall, Cathrine Saks has a strong background in fashion design, entrepreneurship, and modeling.

Cathrine Saks attended Den Skandinaviske Designhojskole in the year 2013, where they studied fashion and textile. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Ordrup Gymnasium and completed their studies in subjects like English A, Social Studies A, Mathematics B, French B, and Design C. Prior to that, Cathrine attended Skovshoved Skole from 1999 to 2009, earning a degree in Primary School. Currently, they are enrolled at Københavns Universitet, pursuing a degree in Kunsthistorie since 2013.
