Helena Luha is currently serving as the Trade Marketing Manager at Saku Õlletehas since May 2023, where responsibilities include developing and executing trade marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and negotiating partnerships. Prior experience includes leading the Baltics PCM team at Carlsberg Group from January 2021 to May 2023, focusing on new product introductions and portfolio management. Helena also held the positions of Purchase Specialist and NPD Coordinator at Saku Õlletehas and Material Planner at Magnetic MRO AS. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Process Management in Digital Society and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, along with additional studies at Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
