Pasha Aliyev

Pasha Aliyev is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in electronic payments and sales management. Currently serving as Chief Business Development Officer at SakuraZ since July 2025, Pasha previously held the position of Regional VP AZ/TR/IL/UAE at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency from June 2023 to July 2025. Pasha has also contributed as a Board Member of the Azerbaijan Franchise Association from October 2022 to September 2023 and as a founder at Eden Technologies Azerbaijan from June 2021 to June 2023. Pasha's earlier roles include exclusive distributor for Central Asia and CIS at ShneorSeed and Head of Sales Development and New Channels at Bakcell, where responsibilities included developing payments strategies and optimizing sales processes. Pasha holds an Executive MBA in International Business from Maastricht School of Management and a Mini MBA in Telecoms from the University of Derby, along with a BA in Economics from Azerbaijan Agriculture Academy.
