Talal Ismail

Talal Ismail serves as the HSSE Director at SAL Saudi Logistics Services since December 2024, following a tenure as the Director of Security at SGS - Saudi Ground Services from December 2019 to December 2024. At SGS, Talal developed comprehensive security strategies and oversaw daily operations to ensure a secure environment. Talal also held roles as Safety, Quality and Security Sr. Manager, leading safety initiatives and implementing a Safety Management System focused on risk management. Prior to SGS, Talal served as a Fixed Wing Pilot and Captain at Saudi Aramco, accumulating over 3,000 flight hours and contributing to safety and compliance efforts. Talal's educational background includes a Professional Aviation Security Management credential from Concordia University, an Associate's degree in Aviation/Airway Management from the University of North Dakota, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento.
