Yaser Noorwali

Yaser Noorwali, MBA, CIPP, currently serves as the Procurement Governance & Contract Manager at SAL Saudi Logistics Services, responsible for managing procurement governance, identifying operational risks, and ensuring alignment with financial and operational controls. Previous roles include Procurement Assistant Manager and Acting Procurement Governance & Contract Senior Manager at Panda Retail Company, where Yaser focused on strategic procurement solutions, contract management, and performance evaluation. Yaser's career also includes positions as a T&D Procurement Engineer at Nesma Telecom and Technology and involvement in various roles in project management and engineering. Yaser holds an MBA in International Business from Geneva Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from King Fahd University, complemented by studies at the University of North Texas.
