Chikodi Ukaiwe

Chikodi Ukaiwe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Salad Africa since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Founder Fellow at On Deck, a platform connecting top talent, from June 2022 onwards. Chikodi also co-founded Showlove in February 2021, where they played an integral role until February 2022.

In their past roles, Chikodi held leadership positions at Konga Online Shopping Ltd, starting in September 2014. Chikodi served as the Vice President of Commercial Operations and was responsible for new vertical development, contributing to the company until June 2018. Before joining Konga, they worked at Jumia Nigeria as the Head of Sales Force and Head of Partnerships from November 2012 to April 2014.

Prior to their roles in e-commerce, Chikodi gained experience in IT Compliance, Risk, and Security Management at Keystone Bank Limited from November 2008 to June 2010.

Chikodi Ukaiwe pursued a Master's Degree in Management, Information Technology from The University of Salford from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, Chikodi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Babcock University between 2002 and 2006. For high school education, Chikodi attended the International School, Lagos from 1996 to 2002. The field of study for the high school education is not specified.
