Nick D'Antonio has a strong background in IT management and system administration. Nick started their career at Noodles & Company, where they held various roles, including Manager of Security and Systems Administration and Systems Administrator. In 2016, they joined MAD Greens - Eat Better as the Director of IT, where they established the company's first IT department and implemented several tech initiatives, including POS management and payment processing contracts. In 2019, they moved to Salad Collective, initially as the Director of IT and later promoted to Vice President of IT. In this role, they oversaw technology and information strategy for both MAD Greens and Snappy Salads, leading integration initiatives after their merger and implementing standardized systems and security best practices. Overall, Nick D'Antonio has extensive experience in IT management, infrastructure transition, and system integration.
