Emilie Bricout is an experienced professional in the field of product development and research within the food industry. Currently serving as Responsable Produits - R&D at Salad&Co since October 2016, Emilie focuses on product development, margin management, technical documentation, and market trend analysis, while also overseeing transversal management and contributing to product committee activities. Previously, Emilie worked as an Ingénieur Produit R&D at SERVAIR, where project management and meal tray range development were key responsibilities. Prior to that, at Yabon Baby - Yabon Food Solutions, Emilie gained extensive experience in R&D project management, including product formulation and industrialization processes.
