Patricia Hearns (Patty)

Patricia "Patty" Hearns serves as the Employee Experience Manager at Salal Credit Union since April 2018. Previously, Patty held the position of Development Manager at Wireless Advocates from January 2014 to January 2018, where significant improvements in field management turnover were achieved, alongside the creation of comprehensive onboarding and training programs for over 4,000 front line employees. Patty has also worked as the Learning and Development Lead at Car Toys, enhancing customer service scores by 35% through targeted training initiatives, and as a Training Specialist at L-3 Communications, managing a team that developed compliance training for defense systems. Earlier experience includes serving as a Differentiation Aide at Lake Washington School District, focusing on gifted education. Patty holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northwest University and an AA in IT from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Patty has pursued studies in Musical and Biblical Studies at Northwest University.
