Isdhama Miswardana

Isdhama Miswardana is a professional with extensive experience in social business and development, currently serving as the Social Business Unit Manager at Salam Setara Foundation since October 2022, where responsibilities include the development of new social business initiatives. Prior to this role, Isdhama worked at Kitabisa from March 2022 to February 2025, first as a Business Development Manager focusing on procurement processes and later as a Business Development Lead, identifying new business opportunities. Previous roles include Associate Researcher at Indekstat, Business Development Manager at pexpress.id, and Freelance Lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Terpadu Nurul Fikri. Additionally, Isdhama co-founded hira.id, an Islamic startup incubation center, and held a sales and marketing position at Nurul Fikri Computer Training Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a certification in Nadzir Wakaf from LSP Badan Wakaf Indonesia.
