Shan Ferguson

Shan Ferguson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, consulting, and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as the Founder and Director of Startup Global Sri Lanka since May 2022, and Co-Founder and Director of Lucky Dream Closet (PVT) LTD since April 2021, Shan also holds roles as an Online Maths Consultant for Third Space Global (Pvt) Ltd and Operations Analyst (QA) at HealthRecon Connect LLC. Previous experience includes positions as a Trainee Aircraft Design Engineer at KNSI Aviation Engineering Limited, Marketing and Finance Executive at Softlogic Life, and Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at SriLankan Airlines Official. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Shan has pursued training as a Student Pilot at Sakurai Aviation Academy and completed high school with a focus on Mathematics at Sri Lankan School Muscat.
