Amanda Babyak

Amanda Babyak is an experienced Reading Specialist currently employed at Salamanca City School District since July 2016. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Special Education Teacher at Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES and held various long-term substitute and teaching positions at Jamestown Public Schools and Cassadaga Valley Central School. Amanda's experience extends to a Child Care Counselor role at GA Family Services Therapeutic Foster Care, where support was provided in a community group home setting. Furthermore, Amanda has held positions in related educational roles, including a Graduate Assistant at SUNY Fredonia, where responsibilities included preparing reports and offering technical support. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Education focused on Literacy and a Bachelor of Science in Childhood Inclusive Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
