Jenny Baird

Jenny Baird, CHT, is the Corporate Director of Learning & Development at Salamander Collection, a position held since May 2015. In this role, Jenny supports the organization's commitment to customer service excellence by aligning training and development activities with company values. With prior experience as a Corporate Training Manager and Human Resources Training Manager, Jenny specialized in management development and guest services training, addressing both resort-wide and departmental training needs. Earlier roles include Training Coordinator at Salamander Resort & Spa, where the focus was on achieving a Forbes 5-Star Rating, and Server/Trainer at Buffalo Wild Wings. Jenny's background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Mary Washington, and an initial study in Criminology at the University of Tampa.
