Courtney Lecompte

Courtney LeCompte, MPS, PHR, is an accomplished professional in compensation consulting with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Compensation Consulting at Salary.com, Courtney has previously held senior roles at FutureSense, LLC and the State of Oregon, specializing in compensation and classification. Earlier career experiences include positions at Cascade Employers Association and Cardno as a compensation consultant and HR administrator/generalist, respectively. Courtney earned a Master’s Degree in Strategic HR Management and Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Oregon.
