Kent Plunkett

Kent Plunkett is the current CEO and founder of Salary.com. Kent has also been the CEO of Intronis from January 2010 to December 2012, and of Salary.com from January 1999 to December 2010. Under their leadership, both companies have seen significant growth. At Intronis, they oversaw the turnaround of the company and helped it grow to be acquired by Barracuda Software in October 2015. At Salary.com, they grew the company from its inception to a successful 2007 IPO and eventual acquisition by Kenexa in 2010 and IBM in 2012. In late 2015, the business was re-acquired by management, HIG Capital and The Prudential Capital Group. Kent is a skilled leader with a proven track record of success in growing companies.

Kent Plunkett has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics and Government from Georgetown University. Kent is also a CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) from World at Work.
