Fawad Mughal

Fawad Mughal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Open Market Recruitment Analyst at Barclaycard. Fawad then moved on to various roles at Barclays, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Value Manager, Consumer Lending. In 2006, they joined Barclaycard as an Existing Customer Value Manager. From 2008 to 2014, Fawad held roles at Bank of Ireland, where they served as Senior Portfolio Manager Credit Cards, Senior Product Manager, and finally as Head of Product and Commercial, UK Cards and Loans. Fawad then worked at NatWest as the Head of Corporate Products, Commercial Cards from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Fawad worked briefly as a Director at Strategy Desk before joining Vanquis Bank as the Head of Customer Experience Improvement until 2022. In the same year, they also started their own company, FZDM Services Limited, where they served as the Company Owner. In 2022, Fawad became a Complaints Governance Consultant at Lendable. Currently, they hold the position of Remediation Lead at Salary Finance, and they are also the Operations Director for the same company.

Fawad Mughal completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Management Sciences (Jt. Hons) from The University of Manchester from 1989 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Handsworth Grammar School from 1981 to 1989.
