Gary Bender

Gary Bender has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as a Senior Underwriter and Fraud Lead at Salary Finance since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Underwriter at Neyber, a company that is part of the Salary Finance family, from June 2016 to March 2020. Gary also gained experience in financial guidance and client services at Fidelity International from November 2015 to May 2016. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Canon (UK) as a Customer Contract Management Executive, at Niagara Healthcare Limited as a Telephone Appointer Team Leader, at AXA Assistance as a Telesales Duty Manager, and at Barclaycard as a Senior Acquisitions Team Leader.

Gary Bender received their Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of California, Riverside in 1998. Prior to that, they graduated with Honours from Norco High School in 1995. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including leadership training from Barclays, change agent tactics from Changefirst, disciplinary and grievance training from Barclays, first aid training from St. John's Ambulance, and a practical training certificate from Stonebow Consultancy.
