He is an effective leader who works to increase production efficiency, reduce scrap rates, implement new standards and processes and train necessary personnel. Dennis has over 40 years of experience in various process and packaging operations within the health, beauty, family care, food and beverage, and paper industries. He has written hygienic equipment and facility design standards for major consumer packaged goods and food clients and has personally trained more than 1,500 employees in their application, often in non-English primary language countries.
