Shawn Rafferty

Shawn Rafferty is an experienced architect and project manager with a background in various sectors including mission critical data centers, retail, and residential projects. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Salas O'Brien since November 2022, Shawn has previously held the position of architect at Jackson | Main Architecture P.S. from January 2015 to March 2020, where leadership was provided to design teams and efficiency improvements were made in project delivery. Prior work experience includes serving as a project manager at PKJB Architectural Group from December 2006 to December 2014, where a focus was placed on project coordination and stakeholder meetings. Additionally, Shawn served in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician Surface from February 1994 to February 1998, where technical skills in equipment maintenance were developed. Shawn holds a BA in Architectural Studies from the University of Washington.
