Daniela Gianni

Daniela Gianni has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Daniela started their career at Hit SpA, where they worked in research and selection of office profiles. Daniela then moved on to Manpower SpA, initially working as an Assistant in the branch and later becoming a Branch Manager. At Manpower Srl, they were a Sales & Service Manager and subsequently a District Manager, responsible for budget management, business development, and maintaining existing clients. In their most recent role as Head of the HR Department at salchi metalcoat srl, they managed various HR functions, such as training, recruitment, and administration. Daniela also handled employee management, budget monitoring, and implemented performance and talent development processes. Additionally, they were involved in labor relations, welfare implementation, and second-level agreements.
