Chuck Simpson began their work experience in 1993 as a Management Associate at Chicago and Northwestern Railroad. Chuck then became the General Car Foreman before moving on to become the Shop Manager in 1994. In 1995, they joined Salco Products Inc. as a Project Engineer and later worked as the Quality Manager. Chuck then held the position of Operations Manager before becoming the Procurement Manager. From 2010 to 2017, they served as the Director of Supply Chain and currently holds the role of Vice President Supply Chain.
Chuck Simpson attended Michigan Technological University from 1988 to 1993 where they obtained two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees. The first degree was in Mechanical Engineering and the second degree was in Engineering Administration.
