Vanessa Parra Concha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and organizational development. Currently serving as Gerente de Ventas, Experiencia Clientes e Innovación at Salcobrand since January 2019, Vanessa is focused on implementing customer experience models that quantify the importance of managing customer interactions for business profitability. Previously, Vanessa held key roles at Empresas SB as Subgerente Desarrollo Organizacional, at Banco Bci as Jefe Oferta de Valor Colaboradores, and at Movistar (Telefónica Hispam) in various development positions, where significant contributions included enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement.
