Eglė Blankaitė

Eglė Blankaitė has diverse work experience in the fields of finance and human resources. Eglė is currently the Head of HR at Saldo Bank, assuming the role in March 2022. Prior to this, Eglė worked at EBV Finance from March 2020 to March 2022, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, they were responsible for various HR tasks, such as recruitment, talent attraction and retention, policy development, and project management.

Before joining EBV Finance, Eglė held roles at Aviva, starting as an Investment Accounting Specialist from April 2016 to February 2019, before transitioning to become a Human Resources Specialist from February 2019 to March 2020. Their responsibilities included investment accounting and HR support.

Eglė also gained experience as a Junior Accountant at The Citco Group of Companies from January 2015 to March 2016. Prior to that, they had internships at KPMG and Western Union in the field of accounting.
