Jarkko Maensivu has extensive experience in the finance industry, particularly in banking and commercial finance. Jarkko has held various leadership roles in notable companies such as Saldo Bank, Best-Caravan Oy, Wells Fargo Capital Finance, GE Capital, GE Commercial Distribution Finance, and Delta-Auto Oy.

At Saldo Bank, Jarkko served as the CEO and Chairman, leading a licensing project to launch a neobank with advanced product offerings and automated customer onboarding processes. Jarkko successfully implemented a scalable business enabling platform in multiple markets.

During their tenure as CEO at Saldo Bank, Jarkko also executed a restructuring mission, transforming the company from a domestic fintech business into an international regulated digital bank. Jarkko focused on digitalization, automation, and innovation in onboarding, marketing, credit scoring, data analytics, and CRM/CLV to drive profitable growth.

Jarkko also served as the Chairman of the Board at Best-Caravan Oy, contributing to the strategic decision-making of the company.

Prior to their roles at Saldo Bank and Best-Caravan Oy, Jarkko held the position of Business Leader - Nordics at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Jarkko was responsible for the profitable growth of the business in the Nordic region and led a multi-country commercial team. Jarkko prioritized building and optimizing business processes to maximize volumes and enhance customer experiences.

As a Commercial Leader at GE Capital, Jarkko oversaw commercial teams in France and the Nordics, focusing on team development, new deal signing, volume growth, and the implementation of stronger processes for commercial acumen and customer acquisition.

At GE Commercial Distribution Finance, Jarkko launched and managed a new business in Finland. Jarkko achieved exceptional results in sales volume and negotiated complex securitization structures for credit limits and further investments. Additionally, they served as the Marketing Manager at Delta-Auto Oy.
