John Davi

John Davi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the food and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Food Division at Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co. since January 2019, John has previously held significant roles such as Country Manager for Qatar and Kuwait at Bateel International and Business Manager in the Food Division at M. H. Alshaya Co., where John led the entrepreneurial start-up of the Catering Division. Prior to that, John spent over a decade at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., achieving operational improvements as Area Director of Operational Innovation and holding various senior management positions with full P&L responsibility. John holds a Master's degree in International Hotel Management from Cornell - ESSEC Business School.
