Mohamed Halbas

Mohamed Halbas serves as General Counsel and Legal Lead at Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co. since April 2021, overseeing a legal team that covers various sectors including Automotive, Real Estate, Hospitality, and FMCG across the MENA region and EU. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel and Government Relations Manager at Alfardan Group, where Mohamed provided legal advice to the Executive Team and managed compliance efforts. Previously, legal leadership was demonstrated at Eroğlu Holding and DNM Textile, managing legal teams and engaging in litigation. Mohamed began legal career at International Advocates Law Firm as Managing Partner and worked as a Lawyer at both ABU QIR Fertilizers and Dr. Said Aldakkak Law Firm. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate diploma in International Contracting & Arbitration from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor of Laws from Alexandria University.
