Grayson Engels-Smith

Grayson Engels-Smith is a skilled professional in emergency services with extensive experience as a Firefighter and Paramedic, currently serving at Salem Fire Department since April 2021 and previously with MCFD#1 from July 2018 to March 2021. Initial career beginnings included roles as an EMT Basic at Woodburn Ambulance Service and as a Temporary Firefighter/Paramedic with MCFD#1. Grayson has also contributed as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, along with experience as an Initial Attack Wildland Firefighter. Education includes an Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Technology and Fire Science from Chemeketa Community College, a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Oregon State University, and a high school diploma from Gresham High School.
